Why I want to meet My son when he's an adult
Even though I never want his childhood to end, I also wonder who the adult version of him will be. How will his current self be transformed or shifted?

I love my son and don’t want to rush him into adulthood, but I am curious.

You won’t really. You’ll have a false whole-picture made up of memories that stuck, but you won’t really remember him as he was. The irony is, when you look at your grown son (ok, when I look at my grown son… ha ha) you’re left sometimes staring at the back of his head as he’s walking out the door, hearing him say “ok see you later”, but you think you hear that little boy’s voice, you think you’re seeing the back of that little boy’s head. And you have to laugh, because if you’re honest with yourself, you really only remember that little boy in the smallest of snippets.
So, I’d kind of like to meet the little boy, again.. ha ha…
